TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last updated: 11 September 2026.
1. Acceptance. By using AInture ("the game") you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the game.
2. Your account. You can play the tutorial without registering (trial mode). To save your progress you must create an account with an email address and a password (or sign in with Google). You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use. The following is not permitted: cheating or tampering with the game or its servers, attempting to access other people's accounts, using offensive language or harassing other players in the chat, or using the game for unlawful purposes.
4. Content and progress. Progress, items and in-game currency have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. We may modify or reset content for maintenance or balancing reasons.
5. Ownership of the game. The adventures, scripts, illustrations, characters, names, music, interface, brand and software of AInture are owned by Isidro Vázquez or used under the corresponding licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Using the game grants you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable licence to play, and does not transfer any of those rights to you.
6. Content you contribute. When you submit, commission or publish content in the game — a story, a title, a description, a clan name, a message or any other material:
a) You remain its author. We do not ask you to waive your authorship or any right that the law deems non-waivable.
b) You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable licence to store, reproduce, adapt, translate, modify, combine with other content, distribute, communicate to the public and exploit that material, in whole or in part, in AInture and in any other product, service, medium or format, whether existing now or created in the future, including the creation of derivative works.
c) That licence survives you ceasing to use the game, signing out or deleting your account, and it survives the content ceasing to be published.
d) We are under no obligation to publish the content, to keep it published or to credit you for it, without prejudice to our being able to do so.
e) No payment of any kind is due for the uses described above.
f) You warrant that you hold the rights needed to grant this licence, that the content is original or that you have sufficient authorisation for it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or include protected material belonging to others. You are liable to us for any claim arising from a breach of this warranty.
7. Suggestions. Ideas, proposals or comments you send us about the game may be used without restriction and with no obligation of compensation or confidentiality.
8. Availability. The game is provided "as is". We may suspend or modify it at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of progress or data, or for damages arising from use of the game.
10. Changes. We may update these terms; we will notify you inside the game when there are relevant changes.
11. Language. These terms were originally drafted in Spanish. Translations into other languages are provided for your convenience; in the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish one prevails.
