DELETING YOUR AINTURE ACCOUNT

You can delete your account and all of your data whenever you want. There are two ways to do it and both do the same thing.
1. From inside the game (immediate). Open AInture, tap the account button (👤) at the top right and choose "Delete my account". You will have to type the word BORRAR to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
2. By email. If you no longer have access to the game, write to [email protected] from the same email address you registered with, asking for your account to be deleted. We will reply within a maximum of 30 days.
What gets deleted. Your account and your email address, your player name, your entire progress (level, experience, coins, inventory, gear, attributes, achievements and adventures played), your pet, your quests, your friendships, your chat messages, your private messages and any stories you have created.
What happens to your clan. If you were the leader, leadership passes automatically to the longest-standing member. If you were the only member, the clan is deleted along with the account.
What is kept. Nothing linked to your identity. Aggregated, anonymous game statistics (for example, how many times an adventure has been played) cannot identify you and are retained. Should there be any legal obligation to retain a specific piece of data, it would be kept only for as long as the law requires and solely for that purpose.
How long it takes. Deletion from inside the game is immediate. Our database provider's backups are rotated and are permanently erased within a maximum of 30 days.
